Payment Policy

  1. This Payment Policy explains what payment methods are accepted for using Prodvigate’s services and how payments are processed. Prodvigate is operated by Prodvigate Inc. (USA) and Viboom GmbH (Germany).

  2. Accepted payment methods

Prodvigate currently accepts the following payment methods for purchasing and renewing promotion services:

    1. 1. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Maestro).
    2. 2. Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
    3. 3. PayPal.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment processors, such as Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree. Prodvigate does not store your full card number or CVV; only limited details (such as several digits of your card and billing name/address) are retained to create invoices and comply with accounting requirements.

  3. Currencies and billing

Charges are generally processed in the currency displayed at checkout on the Prodvigate website or in the mobile app.

The exact amount charged in your local currency may vary due to your bank’s exchange rate and any fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

Your billing information (name and address) is obtained from the payment processor to issue correct invoices and for fraud‑prevention purposes.

  4. Payment timing

Payment is due in full at the time you create or top up a promotion campaign, or when you purchase any other paid service.

If you enable auto‑payments or auto‑replenishment, your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to your chosen settings until you disable this feature in your Prodvigate account.

Information about your balance, charges, and payment history is available in the “Finances” or billing section of your Prodvigate dashboard.

  5. Security of payments

All payment pages use SSL encryption to protect your data during transfer.

Payment processing is handled by established global processors (including Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree), which apply their own security and privacy standards.

Prodvigate uses your payment and billing information only to process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

  6. Changes to this Payment Policy

Prodvigate may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in supported payment methods, processors, or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on the Prodvigate website, and your continued use of the services after changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
