Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities as a Prodvigate’s Customer (You) and the Prodvigate service (We) while using our site https://prodvigate.com to promote your videos on Google Ads (Promotion). Please read them carefully. By accepting, you’re telling us that you are of legal age (which means you are either legally emancipated, or have reached the age of majority as defined in your jurisdiction)

  1. First things first

    If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us via email or online chat, we will explain everything to you. If you think we could run your promotion better, please contact us too. We value your feedback, and we are there for you.

  2. Who we are

    Prodvigate is operated by Viboom GmbH.

    The company is located at Potsdamer Platz 10, 10785 Berlin, Germany.

  3. How to contact us

  4. How fast we reply

    Usually, we reply within one hour if you contact us between 8-22 CET. However, on rare occasions, it can take up to 24 hours. If you fail to receive a reply in 24 hours, please contact us again.

  5. What we do and what you pay us for

    1. We promote your YouTube channel by promoting your videos via the Google Ads network. Our prices start at $39 or €39. VAT is included if you live in an EU country.

    2. We guarantee that you will get at least so many views as stated by us before the start of your promotion or the payment.

    3. We don’t guarantee any numbers for interactions, such as new subscribers, likes, and comments.

    4. The promotion takes place on YouTube using their Discovery Ads and TrueView In-Stream Ads

    5. We can also use only TrueView In-Stream Ads after your approval.

  6. How fast will the promotion start

    The promotion starts after at least one of your videos passes the Google review process. Usually, it takes up to 24 hours. But sometimes it can be longer. It all depends on your content and the targeting you chose. If you think that the review process takes too long, you can contact and ask us why this is so.

  7. How long your promotion will run

    Usually, we run your promotion for 6-8 days. Sometimes it can take longer. The pace of your promotion depends on the targeting settings and your content. We can’t guarantee any exact length of the promotion.

  8. What targeting you can choose

    1. Before and during the promotion, you can set the targeting for your entire promotion. We offer targeting by countries, age, gender, and interests. If you don’t choose the targeting settings, we will do it for you before starting your promotion. We guarantee you that we never change the targeting you chose for countries, age, and gender.

    2. We can adjust the targeting by interests to make your promotion perform better.

    3. We will set the targeting for your promotion and change it during the promotion if you chose automatic targeting.

  9. Video selection

    1. You can select the videos for your promotion manually, or we can choose them automatically. You can always add new videos to your promotion in your Prodvigate dashboard.

    2. You can select all future videos from your channel to be added automatically to your promotion. You can turn this option on when you create your promotion or choose it later in your Prodvigate dashboard.

    1. We can’t influence the Google review process in any way. We can only make sure that your ads don’t violate Google Ads policies.

    2. It means there is a possibility that not all of your videos will pass the Google review. When it happens, we will only promote the videos that passed the Google review.

  10. Promotion results

    1. You can find the results of your promotion in your Prodvigate dashboard.

    2. All data about promotion performance displayed in the Prodvigate dashboard was received from Google Ads if you linked your account with the Prodvigate’s Google Analytics account.

    3. All data about promotion performance displayed in the Prodvigate dashboard was received from your YouTube video or channel page if you had not linked your account with the Prodvigate’s Google Analytics account.

    4. You have to accept the promotion results shown in the Prodvigate dashboard.

  11. The payment process

    1. All payments are processed before the start of the promotion. There are several options available. Most countries can use credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

    2. You can select the weekly budget you want to spend for your promotion.

    3. You can stop the promotion or delete your payment data at any time to avoid any new payments. This can be done in your Prodvigate dashboard and the Finances section of the dashboard.

  12. Automatic payments

    1. Auto-payments allow you to automatically add funds to your account when it has $1 or €1 EUR left or less.

    2. Auto-payments only work if you don’t turn off the auto-payment option during the start of your promotion or in the Finances section of the Prodvigate dashboard.

    3. Auto-payments work only with credit card payments.

    4. You can always turn off automatic payments in the Finances section of the Prodvigate dashboard.

  13. What payment data do we store

    1. We add your credit card to your account. But your payment details are stored by the payment processors. We only know the 4 last digits of your card and your card’s issuer, and we store a token. This way, you can pay for our services without typing your credit card details again. All you need is to pass the 3D secure authentication again.

    2. You can delete or edit your payment information in the Finances section of your Prodvigate dashboard.

  14. Payment providers

    We use Stripe and PayPal to process your payments.

  15. What personal data we collect and why we do it

    We only collect the data that we need:

    • your email address to create your account with us;

    • your IP address to create the account in the right region and the right currency;

    • your billing address if received from the payment processor. We use it to create the invoices;

    • the URL and the name of the YouTube channel you add;

    • the URL and the name of video added to the promotion;

    • YouTube profile picture and video thumbnail to make your Prodvigate dashboard look better;

    • the last 4 digits of your credit card and its issur to let you know what card we store;

    • public information of the YouTube channel you add and the videos we promote to provide you with performance statistic;

    • performance statistics from Google Ads if you link your Google account to our Analytics account;

    • a log of your actions inside your Prodvigate account to improve your experience and to track your actions if we need to resolve the disputes.

  16. How we store your data and who has access to it

    1. Your information is safe with us as we don’t share it with any third party without your prior consent.

    2. The only time we can share your information is when your payment is disputed, and we have to explain to our payment processor or your bank what the payment was for and who made it.

    3. We also use your channel and video titles, and targeting settings to run your promotion on Google Ads.

    4. The information is stored securely on our servers in the EU. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your personal data and protect it against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. The data you provide to us is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is the industry-standard method of encrypting personal information and credit card details so that they can be securely transferred over the Internet.

    5. Only our employees and software developers have access to your data. And only to the data which is necessary for their job. For example, your Prodvigate manager will have access to your contact data such as your email address and your videos’ list.

    6. We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes. We delete or anonymize your information upon deletion of your account.

  17. Refund and cancellation

    1. You can cancel your promotion at any time. The best way to do so is to pause your promotion on your dashboard’s main page and let us know via email or online support that you want the refund. This way, there will be minimum spendings after you decide to cancel the promotion. We will refund the unspent balance. If you cancel the promotion before the start of it, we will refund the whole payment.

    2. Please note that data in our dashboard updates with a delay of 2-3 hours, and the refund amount can be lower than stated when you paused the promotion.

    3. There are also other situations when we will give you refund of unspent balance:

      • none of your YouTube videos passed the Google review process;

      • your YouTube channel doesn’t have any videos;

      • all videos in your promotion are age-restricted and can’t be promoted;

      • we can deny the promotion services for other reasons. For example, our system or Google Ads stopped working;

      • after the termination of your Prodvigate account if it has an unspent balance.

    4. The refund will be made to the payment source you used for the payment.

    5. You can also choose to be refunded back to your Prodvigate balance.

  18. Invoices

    1. We issue invoices for every payment. You can find them on the Payment History page on your dashboard.

    2. If you need to add your company details or a VAT number, please contact us.

  19. Emails and communications

    1. We will keep you updated about your promotion, YouTube channel performance, and Prodvigate news if you allow us to do it during the registration.

    2. You can change your email preferences on My Profile section of your Prodvigate Dashboard.

    3. You can unsubscribe by following the link at the bottom of an email you received from us.

  20. Prodvigate account termination

    1. You can always delete your account in the My Profile section of your Prodvigate Dashboard.

    2. We delete or anonymize your information upon deletion of your account.

  21. Final provisions

    1. You agree not to use credit cards or PayPal accounts you don’t have permission to use.

    2. Viboom GmbH is not obliged to reimburse you any direct and/or indirect damages, including lost profits.

    3. If one or more provisions of these Terms of Service are considered invalid or unenforceable, the Agreement’s remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    4. These Terms of Service and the relations between you and Prodvigate arising according to the Terms of Service application are subject to the substantive and procedural law of Germany.

    5. All disputes must be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, you and Prodvigate have the right to refer the dispute to a court according to Germany’s current legislation.

    6. You as a Prodvigate customer can end the relationship by the termination of your account.

    7. We can end the relationship by the termination of your account.

    8. These Terms of Service can change over time.

    9. Billing descriptor name is Prodvigate.
