1. The idea. Determine your interests, find competitor channels and highlight their strengths and weaknesses. Develop a content plan for the month.
2. Channel design. Choose the channel's name, make a good description, create your personal avatar and cover, select keywords to promote the channel via search engines.
3. The technical side. Choose a camera for shooting, lighting and sound equipment, select a location.
