Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Notice

    Method of cancellation

    To cancel a promotion, customers must either:

    1. 1. Pause the promotion in the Prodvigate dashboard, and send a written cancellation request via email to support@prodvigate.com or through online support chat.

    Required notice period

    1. 1. For recurring or auto-replenished promotions, customers are required to provide at least 1 business day’s notice before the next billing or auto-charge to ensure no additional funds are added.

    Confirmation of cancellation

    1. 1. After the cancellation request is received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the Prodvigate account.

  2. Service Termination

    Termination date

    1. 1. Services will terminate when the promotion is paused and the cancellation request has been processed.
    2. 2. For recurring or subscription‑style campaigns, services will end at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further automatic charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

  3. Fees and Penalties
    Cancellation fees

    1. 1. Prodvigate does not charge an additional cancellation fee for stopping a promotion. However, because Google Ads and other ad platforms may continue to spend for a short period after a campaign is paused, a small portion of the remaining balance may be used before the promotion fully stops.

  4. Other Terms

    Account deactivation and data

    1. 1. Upon full account cancellation (not just a single promotion), your Prodvigate account may be deactivated, and personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
    2. 2. Campaign performance statistics and financial records may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for reporting, security, and accounting purposes.

    Company’s right to cancel

    Prodvigate reserves the right to cancel or suspend a promotion or account in the following cases, including but not limited to:

    1. 1. Abuse of the refund policy or suspicious refund patterns.
    2. 2. Violation of YouTube, Google Ads, or Prodvigate Terms of Service.
    3. 3. Technical or policy reasons (for example, if our system or Google Ads stops working, or if ads cannot be served).
    4. 4. If an account remains delinquent (unpaid invoices or charge reversals) for more than 7 days, Prodvigate may suspend or cancel the account and pause all active promotions.

  5. Recurring Billing Disclosure

    Subscription and renewal terms

    1. 1. Some Prodvigate services may operate on a recurring or auto-replenishment basis. In such cases, charges will recur automatically at the selected interval or when the balance falls below a threshold, until canceled by the customer.
    2. 2. By enabling auto-payments or auto-replenishment, the customer authorizes Prodvigate to charge the selected payment method for each renewal or top-up.

    Billing frequency and amount

    1. 1. Billing frequency (for example, weekly budget or per-balance top-up) and amounts are shown at checkout and in the customer’s Prodvigate dashboard before payment is made.
    2. 2. Any changes to budgets or auto-payment settings made by the customer will apply to future charges only and will not retroactively change past payments.

  6. Refund Policy

    Refund eligibility

    Customers can cancel a promotion at any time. When a promotion is canceled:

    1. 1. If the promotion is canceled before it starts, 100% of the payment is eligible for refund.
    2. 2. If the promotion is canceled after it has started, the unspent balance of the campaign budget is eligible for refund.

    Refunds may also be issued for the unspent balance in specific situations, including:

    1. 1. None of the YouTube videos in the campaign pass Google’s review process.
    2. 2. The YouTube channel has no videos or only age-restricted videos that cannot be promoted.
    3. 3. Promotion services are denied or interrupted due to system, platform, or technical issues outside the customer’s control.
    4. 4. Termination of a Prodvigate account that still has an unspent balance.

    Non-refundable payments

    1. 1. Any amount already spent on advertising (media spend) is non-refundable, because those funds have been used to purchase traffic from third-party ad platforms such as Google Ads.
    2. 2. Bonus funds or promotional credits added to your account are excluded from refunds and will not be paid out in cash.

    Refund method and timing

    1. 1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction whenever possible. The customer may also choose to receive the refund back to their Prodvigate balance for future promotions.
    2. 2. The refund amount may differ slightly from what is shown at the time you pause the campaign due to reporting delays (typically 2–3 hours) between ad platforms and the Prodvigate dashboard.

    Abuse of refund policy

    If an account is flagged for abusing the refund policy (for example, frequent campaigns started and immediately canceled solely to obtain refunds), Prodvigate may:

    1. 1. Refuse future refunds.
    2. 2. Disable or terminate the account after processing the final eligible refund.
