  2. Information we collect and how we use it

    Prodvigate can’t provide the best services without collecting certain information about you. We guarantee that we only collect the information we need for supporting your account and running your campaigns.

    Here is the list of information we collect about you, your devices and your videos.

    1. When you create an account we collect the following information
      1. Your email address that will be used for logging in at Prodvigate. We also will use this email address to contact you if you wish so.
      2. Your IP address to understand your location and to protect your account in the future.
      3. Your location based on your IP address. It helps us to provide you with the best support.
      4. The timezone of your device, so we can show you the right time in our reports.
      5. The language preferences of your device to show you Prodvigate in the right language.
      6. If you register with us using your social media account, we receive your id number, name, email address and profile picture stored with this account.
    2. When you are using our services
      1. When you create a promotion we save the URL of the videos you have entered, and URL of YouTube channel you have entered or we found using the video’s URL. We collect the public information about your video channel (its URL, number of subscribers) and the public information about the video you want to promote (its title, number of views, likes, dislikes, comments, the length of the video). We also collect all information you have entered during the creation of the promotion.
      2. When your promotion is live we collect the updated information about your video and channel (number of views, subscribers, likes, dislikes, comments). We also collect the information about the performance of your promotion.
      3. We also collect the information you gave us in the support chat messages or emails. For example, your new email address, name, address, VAT number or other information you want to share.
      4. We store the images you send us via the support chat.
      5. We save the IP address of your last visit to protect you from fraudulent activities. It will be deleted after your next visit.
      6. We also collect information about your Google Analytics account when you decide to link it to our account in order to collect updated information about your channel.
      7. We save your Social network profile information if you decide to connect it to your Prodvigate account. It will make the login process more comfortable. You can revoke the permission later in your dashboard.
    3. When you are paying for our services
      Your payments are being processed by our partners, well-known global payment processors.
      1. We receive from them and store the following information about you:
        1. your name or the name you have given to the payment processor;
        2. your address or the address you have given to the payment processor.
        We use this information to create correct invoices for your payments. We don’t use this information in any other way.
      2. We also have access to the following information:
        1. your PayPal email;
        2. several digits of your credit card.
      3. Prodvigate collects additional information about the payments:
        1. amount of money you have paid;
        2. time of the payment;
        3. payment method. For example, PayPal or credit card.
    4. Additional ways and reasons we collect the information
      1. We use some of the information mentioned above to protect ourselves from fraudulent activities.
      2. We also collect the information you send us through the feedback, email or a Live Chat (Support chat).
      3. We may use your information to assist law enforcement.
    5. We also can monitor your behaviour on the site to see how you are using Prodvigate. It helps us to improve our system and develop new services for you.
  3. Additional information we collect and how we use it
    1. We collect information about your channels and videos from your YouTube as described in the section 2.2 of this Privacy Policy.
    2. We collect information about your name and address from our third-party payment processor as described in the section 2.3 of this Privacy Policy.
    3. We use analytics providers Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. They use cookies to collect non-identifying information. Google and Yandex provide some additional privacy options regarding their Analytics cookies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://metrica.yandex.com/about/info/privacy-policy
    4. Some parts of our site may include social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button, and widgets, such as the “share this” button. These social media features are hosted by a third party. When you use these tools, the information it collects is governed by their privacy policies.
    5. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.

    8. We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to these payment processors, including information required to process or support the payment, such as, but not limited to, the purchase total and billing information.   4. How we share, store and protect your information
    1. We don’t share the information you gave us with someone else without your consent
    2. The information is stored secure on our servers in the EU. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your personal data, and to protect it against accidental loss, destruction or damage. The data you provide to us is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is the industry standard method of encrypting personal information and credit card details so that they can be securely transferred over the Internet.
    3. Only our employees and software developers have access to your data. And only to the data which is necessary for their job. For example, your support manager will have access to your contact data such as your email address and the list of your videos.
    4. We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes. We delete or anonymise your information upon deletion of your account.
    5. If you sign up at Prodvigate through a affiliate link, we may share information with your referrer to let them know that you used their referral to sign up. The referrer can see only your masked email address. For example, [email protected] will be shown as p*********@g********
  5. Your rights
    1. Deletion of your information. You can always delete your account and remove all information we have collected about you from Prodvigate. It can be made on the settings page in your Prodvigate dashboard.
    2. Review and update of your information. You can request a copy of your personal information by putting in such a request via email or live chat. If you don’t have an access to Prodvigate dashboard anymore, you can make a request per email: [email protected]. We may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer such requests.
    3. You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the "unsubscribe" in the marketing emails we send you or by updating your preferences in your Prodvigate dashboard.
    4. You can revoke our access to your YouTube data via the Google Security Settings page.
  6. Cookies

    A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a visitor's browser by Prodvigate. The browser provides this piece of text to the originating Web site when this visitor returns. A "persistent" cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations across site visits. Also, if you log in to your account, such a cookie will be used to recognize you as a valid user so you will not need to log in each time you visit Prodvigate website. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting so your browser either refuses all cookies or informs you when a cookie is being sent. Also, you are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that many features of Prodvigate may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.   7. Children's privacy

    We do not permit users under the age of 18 to use Prodvigate and promote their videos with us. It means we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
